Lodging

The seminar will be held at Holiday Inn West-Kalamazoo, 2747 S 11th St, Kalamazoo, MI 49009. (269) 375-6000. This location includes a Holidome with indoor pool, hot tub and exercise facility. It is located just minutes from downtown Kalamazoo and WMU.

Travel

via Automobile– From I-94 take US-131 N. to exit #36, turn onto Stadium Drive West/Oshtemo. At the first intersection turn left onto S. 11th St. go 1/10th mile (immediately after Best Western entrance) turn left onto Holiday Lane. Via flight– The closest airport is the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek International airport (AZO). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. Confirm arrival time with hotel to assure shuttle service. For those flying into Grand Rapids, MI (GRR) (52 Miles) or South Bend, IN (SBN) (75 miles) alternative transportation needs to be arranged. Via Train or Bus– Amtrak and Greyhound/Trailways both have daily service to Kalamazoo Bus/Train Station.

Dining

Lunch will be provided both days during the seminar, for other meals/snacks there the 11th Street Bar & Grill onsite and numerous restaurants within 1 mile to satisfy any appetite.

Cancellations

If you are forced to cancel your registration and do so by Jan 2, 2018, you will receive a full refund. After Jan 2, 2018 an 80% refund will be issued in the form of credit for products and services offered through Crop Services International.

Weather

Kalamazoo is Located in SW Michigan (45 minutes from Lake Michigan) where it is common to have heavy (lake effect) snowfalls in January. The major highways are rarely closed but plan accordingly for safe travel. If you are going to venture outside come prepared for cold weather!
